A regular practice within the artist’s work is getting the pieces to mutate and self-rectify over time. His productions dematerialize gradually, sharing features with other pieces,
turning into series or transforming into other artefacts. In this case he has changed the initial Z for a P, together with other features that were part of it. The piece is not immune
to the passage of time, and it will mutate according to the chronological circumstances.
Joseph Beuys incorporated all the animals into his political party Direct Democracy, the largest political party in the world.
